With this unit being their first, it was of course wise of them to release a product that over delivers.
With a 2.4 horsepower rating, the Jamba 58910 really sets the bar high. It also rivals some of the best power blenders like the Vitamix 6300. Despite its superb features, the Jamba 58910 still remains cheaper than a few bestselling brands out there.
Powerful Motor and Variable Speed Settings
As mentioned earlier, the 64oz 58910 Jamba Appliances blender features a 2.4 horsepower motor. This powerful motor can propel the blade to speeds of over 210 MPH, generating enough torque to crush hard ingredients like nuts and ice cubes. So, whether you want to grind, mix, or chop, this blender can do it all.
There are also 10 speed settings from which to choose from along with several presets for "soup", "smoothie", "whole juice" and "ice crush". With these pre-programmed settings, you don't have to experiment with different ingredients to find the right speed for that perfect consistency.

You can choose to use one of the programmed settings at the push of a button or operate the blender manually by turning the infinite speed dial. There are also buttons to start/stop the blender and toggle the "pulse" blending option.
Thanks to the clear view jar, you can see how your ingredients are progressing by looking through the blender. Measuring ingredients is a breeze as well since the blender's BPA-free jar has a scale calibrated in ounces or 1-cup servings (8-fluid ounces). To top all that off, the blender features a thick handle for added comfort.

Furthermore, cleaning the blender is easy. After each use, just fill the jar halfway, add a couple of drops of liquid detergent, and blend for about half a minute.
